For the past two weeks, the weekly newsletters from Ebgames/Gamestop have been majorly about the new World of Warcraft.
I just now an email saying:

As part of our ongoing effort to provide you the best in your Massive Multi-Player Online experience, GameStop would like to offer you this Free 30-Day Trial Premium Membership to Allakhazam.com.
Allakhazam is one of the bigger/biggest game info sites for WoW. Nowhere in this email did it mention WoW, of course, but it’s no coincidence. This is a pretty big promotion push. On top of their recent announcement saying they are now tipping 8 million customers worldwide, the rumor is saying they have 1.4 million copies ready for launch. Combine that with a must-buy-a-box requirement, (you can’t just purchase a key and upgrade the game,) there may be a bit of a panic as rabid fans need to get their WoW on.
